Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Survey

Prizes are up for grabs when completing our survey!

North Riding County FA has launched an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion survey to support our efforts in providing equality of opportunity, promoting inclusion and improving diversity in grassroots football.

EDI monitoring data provides North Riding FA with information about the extent to which we are complying fully with the detailed requirements of the Equality Act 2010.

By completing the survey, you will help North Riding FA provide equality of opportunity, promote inclusion and improve diversity in grassroots football.

Football is ‘For All’. It is important for us to know if we need to broaden our offer and to improve our range of services, in order to help more under-represented groups and individuals to get involved in the game. We also need to ensure that we continue to support those already involved in football.

We are passionate about football’s incredible power to bring people together, pull down barriers and act as a force for good. Through our work we will strive to ensure that everyone is welcome, ensuring differences between us do not create barriers to getting into football and staying involved.

A key part of our mission is to provide fun, safe and inclusive participation, transforming attitudes, perceptions and accessibility into our beautiful game. North Riding FA is committed to building an environment that champions diversity and eradicates all forms of discrimination. This applies not just to the work that we do, but the way we go about it.
