North Riding County FA is delighted to reveal the nine members of its new Youth Council
North Riding County FA is delighted to reveal the nine members of its new Youth Council, who will all be helping to shape and develop the grassroots game for our youngest participants throughout 2021.
The vision of the Youth Council is to empower and provide a voice for all children and young people, to influence change and develop a lasting legacy in football.
This newly appointed team of young people will have an impact on increasing the number of children and young people (CYP) participating and volunteering in football, as well as developing a vast CYP network within the North Riding County FA.
Jasmine Morris, North Riding FA Football Development Officer, said: “We’re delighted to have such an enthusiastic group of young people in our Youth Council this year and we’re very excited about the projects we have on the horizon. The North Riding FA Youth Council plays a key role in implementing youth voice within clubs and leagues across the county so we’re very much looking forward to seeing this group have a positive influence on the game throughout the year.”
