Partner of North Riding FA, The Institute of Groundsmanship (IOG), is currently conducting research through a survey to assess the conditions in which groundsmen/women and greenkeepers are operating, in addition to the contribution it makes to sport and the economy.

The IOG is a membership organisation representing the whole of the grounds-care industry and all those involved in it. They will present the outcomes of their research to decision-makers at organisations across sport, local/national government and funding organisations, as well as making it available across the sector.

To support this work, we are asking all groundsmen/women and greenkeepers, both employed and volunteers, to complete a survey below.
