Please find below some useful information to assist you ahead of the day.

Arrival Time, Pitch Allocations & Team Changing Facilities

We require your team manager or an appropriate person registered with your club to report to the NRCFA main office (please use the side door entrance – see map below) one hour before the scheduled kick off time for a short briefing ahead of the final with your opposition and Match Officials. Team Sheets and a printed copy of the rules will be issued to all teams at this briefing.

Please note that teams (Club Officials & Players) must be at their allocated pitch at least 15 minutes prior to kick off to ensure that games kick off on time.

As per previous communication, team changing facilities will be available on a first come, first served basis and will be shared with other finalists.  We strongly advise asking your players to arrive changed and do not leave any personal belongings in the changing facilities – these will not be locked!

Please note that access to the changing facilities will only be made available to players and club officials.  No parents or spectators will be permitted to enter the changing area due to Safeguarding protocols.

Parking, Refreshments & Toilets

Due to the number of people we expect to attend our Finals Day, parking is likely to be problematic.   We ask that ‘car sharing’ is considered to reduce the number of vehicles and traffic that will be in the area.  Parking will be made available in the main car park on a first come, first served basis.  If the main car park is full we ask that drivers park sensibly and do not block exits or our neighbour’s property.

We would ask that spectators and club officials do not park in the ‘Stokesley Golf Centre’ as the owner has advised that clamping / removing of vehicles may take place if access is blocked or parking on the premises.

Refreshment provisions will be available on the day.  These include:

Stokesley Social Club: Will be open from 12 noon with a bar facility and live Sky Sports channels. Tea & coffee will also be available to purchase.

Football Pitches or Car Park Area:  Hot food and drinks provisions will be available from 9.30am serving refreshments.

Toilets will be available in the Main Social Club & North Riding County FA Offices.

Field Marshals and Match Balls

All of our pitches will have field marshals (Member of NRCFA Staff) to ensure the safe delivery of our Cup Finals and they will be the main point of contact should Clubs have any issues. Field marshals will be in direct communication to Senior County FA Officials. Field marshals will be wearing NRCFA clothing.

NRCFA will provide Match Balls for all games. We ask that you bring along your own footballs for warming up. An area will be available for teams to warm up before games.

Presentations & Photography

Post-match presentations will take place immediately after the final whistle of each game and the field marshals will ensure Teams and Match Officials are in the correct place. Presentations for the main pitch (U15 & U16 Boys) will take place inside the ground in the corner near the entrance gate and presentations for all other pitches will take place on the junior fields.

We have also arranged an official Photographer to be in attendance on the day.  Please ensure your players have photo consent ahead of the day – this will be clarified at registration.

All photos from the finals day will be available post Cup Final Days and displayed on our social media platforms.

NRCFA Social Media

Throughout the course of the day we will be uploading information about our Finals Day to our social media platforms.  We have put together the following hashtag that we would ask to be used to promote the day:
