It is our mission to ensure that football is enjoyed in a wholly inclusive environment, with our new Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan outlining our targets and commitments in this area.

Celebrating diversity and tackling inequality sits at the very heart of our strategy. We’re passionate about football’s incredible power to bring people together, pull down barriers, and act as a force for good.

Our Diversity and Inclusion Plan outlines what we want to achieve and the steps that we will take to live up to our ambition of being a leading role model in promoting greater diversity and equality in football.
