Enjoy insight and unique opportunities at event taking place on 24 April.

Professional Game Match Officials (PGMOL) have teamed up with Middlesbrough Football Club Foundation to host a Breaking Barriers in the Community event in April.

Taking place at Boro’s Riverside Stadium on Wednesday 24 April (6pm to 8.30pm), the event will consist of a live panel discussion and question-and-answer session with leading match officials Bobby Madley, Leoni Harland, and Scott Henry. This panel provides a fantastic opportunity to meet current and former elite referees, as well as discovering more about officiating.

In addition, those attending will be given special access to the VAR experience, which allows you the chance to make decisions and better understand the role of VAR.

Open to all participants, players and staff from all roles in the game, the event allows everyone to come together from diverse roles to discover more about officiating, grow their respective network, and learn about the experiences of role models.

Complimentary food and soft drinks will also be served.

Attendance is completely FREE OF CHARGE; however, registration is required prior to attending.
