York City FC Foundation Regional Talent Club are recruiting staff for next season commencing June 2019 with a variety of roles available based in York.
Post One: Club Manager
This is a full-time role and requires at least a minimum of an FA Level One Coaching qualification and experience within the game. The ideal candidate will also require wide experience in organisation, administration and IT.
Post Two: Technical Coaches/ Sports Psychologist/ Sports Therapist
These roles will be predominantly part time, usually requiring to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and any weekend matchdays. A minimum of an FA Level Two Coaching qualification, Youth Modules, as well as at least two years’ experience in the game, are all required. The ideal candidates should also have a UEFA B licence and experience within women’s football.

YCFC Foundation Girls Regional Talent Club holds a Tier 1 FA Standard licence, fulfilling Elite Female Potential as part of the England Talent pathway for female players aged 8-16.
