Four Courses Available To Aspiring Referees

The new season is just weeks away, and whilst playing may not be for everybody, there’s a great way to stay active, be central to the game – and develop an unrivalled knowledge of the laws of the game – becoming a referee within the North Riding region.

Refereeing is a perfect way to get involved in grassroots football. Without match officials – there is no game, after all.

North Riding FA’s referee development programme offers courses, training and support for all county officials – with the first step The FA Referee Course.

Over the coming months, North Riding FA is hosting FOUR FA Refereeing Courses across the region, ensuring that everybody has access.

Please click on the link below for more information on the course and to book on the respective dates/venue. Places cost £130 and participants must be aged 14 or above.
