York City FC Foundation are looking for people who are energetic and enthusiastic to help make a difference to the lives of those living in the city of York.
The position available within the Foundation at York City FC involves working in the local community delivering on a variety of different sessions, across a full range of age groups (4 plus).
Foundation jobs are available with immediate start date to the right person. It is important that the successful candidate is flexible as the work undertaken will take place throughout the week, Monday to Sunday. (Please note; evening work will be required)
Responsibilities and Duties
York City FC Foundation are looking for staff members to work on various programmes in their Foundation including Premier League Primary Stars and their Elite Football development programme. The candidate for this job must be somebody that is keen to strive forward and develop themselves within the Foundation and show a passion for working within the local community. Staff members are required to be organised, punctual and ensure that all tasks completed within their role are completed to the highest standards as are expected by the Foundation.
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum FA Level 2 Qualification
• FA Safeguarding
• FA Emergency Aid
• Football Coaching Experience both Planning & Delivery (minimum two years)
• Planning & Working on Premier League Primary Stars (minimum one year)
• AFPE Level 3 (Desired)
• Experience In Working In A Team
• Experience Of Delivering A Variety Of Programmes
• Knowledge Of The Local Area (Desired)
• Driving Licence
