Durham County FA is now taking bookings for spaces on an FA Level 2 in Coaching Goalkeepers course running throughout the summer.
Beginning on 28 July 2019 at the Riverside Sports Complex, the course is a combination of theory and practical learning which will give learners a further depth of knowledge regarding the coaching of young goalkeepers. The dates and times of each meeting can be found in the table below.

Specifically, the course will build upon the learning completed through the Level 1 course, with learners also given a better understanding of duo coaching.
The cost of the course is £140 per student and payment must be sent along with the application form, which can be found and downloaded by following the link below. Failure to send payment with the application form will result in your application being returned and you will NOT be allocated a place on the course until payment is received.
Durham County FA affiliated clubs that are FA Charter Standard are entitled to a bursary of a reduced price of £120 per student. All application forms for a bursary must be co-signed by a club secretary.
Before applying for the FA Level 2 in Coaching Goalkeepers course, learners must ensure that they are at least 16 years of age, hold as a minimum an FA Emergency First Aid qualification, as well as attended the FA Safeguarding Children Workshop within the last three years.
