Due to the success of last years scheme, Girl's Football Week is back for 2018! 

This year The FA have partnered with Disney for Girl’s Football Week (GFW), Disney will be supporting The FA in creating resources which will use storytelling to deliver football related activities to all of the girl’s involved.

Girl’s Football Week will be taking place from the 23^rd of April until the 29^th April 2018 and organisations are able to sign up from Wednesday the 14^th of February 2018 onwards.

We want schools, colleges, universities, clubs and all other organisations to register and help to encourage girls in our County of all experience and ability to take part in football and aim to use the sport as a fun and sociable way of keeping fit!

Girl’s Football Week is a fun filled week of activities; whether the girl’s play football regularly or this week may be their first time, it is a great opportunity for them all to get active, meet new friends and have fun! This year’s partnership with Disney allows the girl’s taking apart to imagine the fantasy world of their favourite Disney films whilst also learning and developing essential football skills.

For all organisations who register for GFW before the 28^th of February you will be entered into a prize draw to win a hospitality box for the Women’s FA Cup Final at Wembley on 5^th of May 2018!

This week is an amazing opportunity to showcase female football at all levels and a great way to inspire new players and volunteers.
