The FA Coach Mentor Programme is a major investment in the grassroots game and for the past 3 seasons has been offering on-the-ground support to FA Charter Standard Club. For the upcoming season the North Riding County FA has decided to allocate a number of FA Mentor hours to individual coaches to support them with their coaching journey. Individuals who receive FA Mentor hours can expect to be supported in the following areas:

• 1:1 coaching
• Match-day observation and support
• Signposting to relevant courses
• Support on session planning
• Individual feedback
• Future learning programme

FA Mentor will also be able to deliver the following within the club:

• Develop a whole club philosophy
• Group coaching demonstrations

Please note the minimum criteria to apply is to hold the FA Level 1 certificate in coaching football or be committed to achieving this award during the season.
