The league will run an initial 5-week program with a maximum of 12 teams competing in the first season of the North Riding Junior Futsal League.
There will also be a Beginner’s Guide to Futsal course for team managers.
After the initial program, the league will expand to cover more age groups and will form a qualifying competition for the junior national finals – The FA Umbro Futsal Festival 2009, held in Sheffield.
Each team can bring a squad of 12 and with roll on roll off substitutions and the quick nature of Futsal all players will be required throughout the day.

All places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and places are only guaranteed upon payment of the entry fee, closing date 14th July 2008.
