Benefits of the scheme include the following;
- An individual coaching development plan
- A personal mentor to offer support and advice
- Access to 3 workshops a year & additional support days
- Opportunity to observe coaching sessions from the top Coaches in the County
- Subsidies for Coach Education Courses
- Free membership to the North Riding Coaches Association
- Tickets for England Women’s International Fixtures
- Free Umbro gift
- Opportunity to attend regional female mentoring events
As a member of the North Riding Female Mentoring Scheme you will also be eligible to attend the annual regional events throughout April and May as part of the programme.
These events are part of a wider regional mentoring scheme encompassing all of the Yorkshire Counties and at these events you will have opportunity to mix and interact with a range of individuals, share ideas, concerns and network with other coaches. Further details will be available nearer the time.
