FA Skills Club Programme

FA Tesco skills Coaches developing Charter Standard Community Club coaches.

The FA Tesco skills coaches this season have been working with Charter Standard Community club coaches. In the first half of the season the coaches went on the 1 day age appropriate course and the skills coaches delivered a session at there clubs.
The coaches have all been back for a further meeting with the skills coaches and other coaches to share good practice and to demonstrate how to coach conditioned games to help the players understand and learn more effectively in games.
In the second half of the season the skills coaches will co-deliver a two hour session with coaches at there clubs with there own players.
The aim of the club programme is to develop coaches and pass on valuable knowledge to enable them to develop young players and help them reach there potential.
