In line with the Football Associations National Game Strategy the County FA have a County Plan that sets out the key priorities, expenditure proposals and targets for delivering the National Game within the County.
To meet the demands of implementing the County Plan the Development team includes a Development Manager, Senior Football Development Officer, two Women and Girl's Development Officers, a Rural Football Development Officer, a Coach Education Coordinator, a part time County Football Coach and a team of FA Skills Coaches.
