In line with the Football Associations National Game Strategy the County FA have a County Plan that sets out the key priorities, expenditure proposals and targets for delivering the National Game within the County.
The North Riding County FA is currently developing a four year plan and the priorities outlined in the National Game strategy will significantly influence and shape our overall priorities.
To meet the demands of implementing the County Plan the Development team includes a Development Manager, Football Development Officer, two Women and Girl's Development Officers, a Coach Education Coordinator, a part time Community Sports Coach and a team of FA Skills Coaches.
In the near future the County FA will be undertaking a comprehensive consultation process to ensure that the County Plan has local buy in and meets the needs of the grassroots game in North Riding.
