- New Standard Code of Rules for Clubs - The Football Association have updated its Standard Code of Rules for clubs following discussions with HM Treasury so that the new Rules fulfil the criteria for those clubs who are Charter Standard status and wish to be considered as a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) taking advantage of the tax relief for those clubs who qualify.
