Emily leads on the Women & Girl's Programme within the County with a particular focus being the delivery of the School-Club Link plan. She also co-ordinates workforce development initiatives such as Step into Sport and the NRCFA Coaches Association.
Emily graduated from the University of Leeds with an honours degree and is currently completing a Masters degree in Sustainable Development. Before working for the North Riding FA Emily worked as a football development officer and coach in North Yorkshire and in the US and currently coaches at the York Girls Centre of Excellence. She plays for Thirsk Falcons Ladies F.C. and supports Middlesbrough FC.
